Find out lynseysuzanne86's Instagram There is a difference between "slim", "skinny" and "lean". Even slim/skinny people can have a high body % percentage without actually appearing "fat". Being lean/ripped is about lowering your body fat % and changing your body composition. Resistance/weight training is the way forward in order to appear leaner and lower your body fat %. The more muscle you hold (and trust me ladies you won't look like the hulk) the more fat you burn at rest and the leaner you will look (providing you have a good diet too).
