Find out nyangetsfit's Instagram It's crazy how almost 3 weeks into 2017 my body has changed so freaking much! In the video I was bloated due to the over indulging that occurred over the Christmas period (Guiltyyyyy 🙋🏿😂) But having started 2017 on the right path again with a clear cut goal and tunnel vision focus, I think it's safe to say I'm back on track! 🎉🙌🏾
I've eaten 100% clean for the past 17days and have been exercising 4-5times a week without fail. There's legitimately no secret to weightloss success. Nourish your body with the foods it NEEDS and not what you THINK you want and ensure you're keeping active daily. Consistency is key!! I still have a long way to go so I'm super excited about where this journey will take me!

AREAS TRAINED: FRONT OF THIGHS (QUADRICEPS), BACK OF THIGHS (HAMSTRINGS) AND BOTTOM (GLUTES)
EXERCISE MOVEMENT: (Exercise Video)
Get into the lunge position (Take a large step forward with your right leg. Don’t let the knee of your front leg go past your toes).
Your back knee should be about 5cm above the floor. This is you starting position
Lower your knee to almost touch the floor. Then raise knee back to starting position. Repeat.
Complete one set on same side, then switch legs.
TIP:
Keep your hips straight, your upper body upright, and your tummy muscles tight.
Rest your hands on your hips to help you balance.
